As the VP Business Intelligence you will be a key member of the Leadership Team. Your primary role is to develop the Company’s business intelligence strategy, developing a holistic view of the performance and efficiency of all areas of Loadsure functions. You will work with stakeholders throughout the business to provide actionable intelligence to allow them and the wider business to perform more efficiently, and with third party stakeholders (e.g. current and prospective shareholders) to provide a clear picture of the performance of the Loadsure Group.

Key responsibilities;

• Work with CFO, CCO and other key stakeholders, to plan and execute Loadsure’s business intelligence strategy.
• Help consolidate and distil data points gathered from across the business and from multiple sources (e.g, Salesforce, Netsuite, Bigquery, Monday.com, BambooHR) and convert said data into actionable insights for stakeholders throughout the business, through the creation of dashboards, reports and other means.
• Maintain a holistic view of the performance of the Loadsure Group for senior management
• Collaborate closely with the commercial team in a RevOps capacity role, building reports and dashboards in Salesforce and elsewhere to provide actionable intelligence.
• Work with the CFO and CEO in building out a suite of compelling financial and non-financial metrics and help with the creation of Loadsure’s financial model for Series B and future financing events
• Lead on the vision to embed new analytics initiatives that enhances decision making and be actively involved in the delivery
• Lead on data forums, working groups, and steering groups as well as supporting the creation of executive level reporting
• Provide strategic direction and support to focus on delivering the highest quality data in a timely manner, supported by governance processes including data security
• Collaborate with the Loadsure Data team to support internal reporting requirements and client reporting

Key competencies;

Delivery

• Prepare dashboards and reports for C-Suite, other internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience and interest in a holistics BI role, understanding all components of a business operations, including: RevOps (sales and marketing); finance (expenditure); HR (people performance management); project management tracking and reporting; travel and entertainment; product (website and app usage data) etc.
• Experience delivering presentations to senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to build relationships and business partner with individuals across the business, from leadership down
• Proven ability to influence those outside of their direct reporting line.
• Ability to work within an unstructured environment and without clear guidance.
• A strong technical background and understanding of data strategies
• A good knowledge of BI tools and corporate systems such as CRM’s, ERP’s, etc.

Skills and qualifications;

ESSENTIAL

• c. 4 -7 years in Business Intelligence/FP&A/RevOps leadership role
• Experience in financial analysis and collaboration with commercial teams (RevOps)
• Understanding of data correlation between large data sets
• Understanding and experience in coding languages such as Python
• Excellent project management, time management and organisational skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Self-starter and takes initiative
• Effective listening, strong verbal and written communications skills (including grammar)
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing technical environment
• Enthusiastic about emerging technology and Insurtech

DESIRABLE

• Understanding of Insurance & Insurance Distribution
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
• Insurance, freight or technology industry experience
