As Head of People and Culture, I play a pivotal role in the continued growth of Loadsure by developing a unique culture and creating a fantastic employee experience. I provide high-quality leadership and oversight on the development and delivery of Loadsure’s People strategy. My primary role is to manage the provision of effective and professional HR services and advice including the design and day-to-day implementation of relevant HR policies and strategic initiatives to ensure we recruit, retain and promote highly skilled and motivated people in every area of our work. Key elements to the role are the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse and committed leadership group and their teams; be ‘hands on’ when required and encourage an organisational culture that supports effective behaviours and ways of working that demonstrate a clear commitment to Loadsure’s credo, vision and mission.
My greatest work achievement to date is successfully completing my Level 5 CIPD Certificate, whilst juggling a full-time job and young family. This would not have been possible without the support and flexibility that Loadsure offers.
